We empower our employees to contribute and share their ideas on improvements required, inorder to keep our resort as a desirable place to work. This is achieved via regular communication and employee committees followed by structured progress monitoring systems.
Governance for good
Governance for good
Ethical governance is embedded at every level of the resort.
We believe that transparent and responsible management strengthens our business and amplifies our positive impact on the Isle of Man and our people.
This is how we do it:
We uphold high ethical standards in all operations, ensuring decisions are guided by integrity. This process begins and is driven by the senior leadership and filtered down to everyone employed at our resort.
We work closely with our suppliers to align them with our sustainability goals, prioritising local and responsible sourcing wherever possible. This includes exploring more sustainable alternatives for consumables and equipment.
As a prominent part in the Isle of Man’s hospitality sector we use our influence to support a transition to more sustainable tourism. We actively engage with local authorities, charities and industry groups to promote responsible practices and strengthen the island's competitiveness as a destination.
