Comis Holdings Limited is registered as a data controller with the Isle of Man Information Commissioners Officer. A data controller determines the purposes and means of processing personal data. This Privacy Policy covers all activities undertaken by Comis Holdings Limited, including the Hotel, Restaurants, Fitness Centre (Gym), Spa and Golf Club.

HOTEL

• Whether assistance would be required in an emergency

To secure bookings for hotel guests.
To provide facilities for hotel guests in a safe and secure manner.

GOLF CLUB

• Name
• Date of birth
• Email address

• Direct debit details Golf Club To provide golf club facilities to members

• Details of any medical conditions the Golf Club should be aware of
• Consent for the junior member to be photographed/videoed whilst undertaking golf activities 

To provide golf club facilities to junior members (under 18 years of age).
To allow junior members (under 18 years of age) to be photographed/videoed (for social media, website, internal Club publications and tuition), transported to the golf facilities, and inform the Golf Club if the child suffers from any medical conditions the club needs to be aware of.

SPA

To provide treatments safely to Spa guests.

FITNESS CENTRE (GYM)

To provide gym facilities to members and non-members (Day Pass).
Information processed for non-members is name and email address.

COMIS HOLDINGS LTD

• CCTV images (throughout the facilities)

Crime prevention.

EVENTS

• Contact name, email address and telephone numbers of person(s) holding the event.

To host the event at our premises and provide all agreed requirements for the event.

EVENTS (MARRIAGES)

• Full names, residential addresses and email addresses of persons to be married.

For the marriage ceremony to be held on our licensed premises (legal requirement).

MARKETING
Comis Holdings Limited will only send marketing emails to you, if you have opted in, using the registration, consultation and membership forms provided. You can “opt-out” of that marketing at any time by unsubscribing within the emails.

How long do we keep personal data?
Comis Holdings Limited will only retain personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil our legal and contractual obligations and for legitimate business purposes (as determined above).

Is personal data transferred to, or shared with, any other parties?
For marketing purposes, a third-party marketing company is used. This company requires an email address to provide these services. When registering your contact details with us, you can “opt-in” to receive emails relating to offers and updates relating to Comis Holdings Limited. You can “opt-out” at any time by contacting us (see contact details below) or selecting unsubscribe on marketing emails you receive. Personal data will only be shared with other parties if absolutely necessary. Data subjects will be informed of this prior to sharing. Personal data is not transferred internationally, or to third countries, and any personal data collected is not sold to other parties.
